Resin Crafts Mold Silicone is a specialized condensation type mold silicone rubber for resin crafts, composed of component A and component B, A: silicone. B: Curing agent. When using, mix and stir the two components of AB in a weight ratio of 100:2 or 100:3 evenly. Mix 100 grams of silicone and 2 or 3 grams of curing agent and stir evenly. Easy to operate and fast to shape! It is the preferred raw material for flipping resin crafts and silicone mold manufacturing.

Features:
① This product can withstand high temperatures of 180 ℃ -300 ℃. If special heat-resistant materials are added, the resistance to high temperatures will be even higher;
② Shrinkage rate<1 ‰;
③ The tensile strength, tear resistance, and other performance are good;
④ The produced mold has multiple times of mold flipping, a long service life, and is more cost-effective than ordinary silicone;
⑤ The hardness, curing time, and color of this product can be adjusted according to customer needs.

Operation method:
1. Mix the mold adhesive and curing agent in a weight ratio of 100:2-3 and stir evenly;
2. Place the mixed and stirred silicone gel into a vacuum machine for vacuum exhaust bubble treatment. The advantage of doing so is to make the product smooth and free of bubbles (without a vacuum machine, the curing time can be extended to allow bubbles to naturally discharge, but the effect is not very ideal);
3. Spray (apply) a layer of release agent on the already made mold and mold frame, fix the mold in the middle, and slowly and steadily pour the liquid silicone that has discharged the bubbles into the mold frame until the silicone completely covers the mold, and then let it rest until it fully solidifies;
4. Wait until the silicone gel of the mold is fully cured before demolding, and remove the silicone mold for edge treatment;
5. It is recommended to leave the silicone mold for 24 hours before putting it into use, in order to achieve the best use effect of the mold.

Precautions:
1. It is not recommended to add silicone oil during the operation process. If it is necessary to add it, please consult your supplier to inquire about the addition ratio. Do not add it without permission, which may cause a decrease in the performance of the silicone oil;
2. The mixed silicone should be used up as soon as possible within the operating time to avoid waste of raw materials;
3. The silicone and curing agent must be evenly mixed to prevent the phenomenon of silicone not curing;
4. This product belongs to condensed mold silicone and cannot be mixed with added silicone.
